1 How can I be certain that the vehicle booking I have done is confirmed?
The minute you place your reservation online, you will be send a reservation confirmation to the email address you have provided during the filling in of your booking. Important: This however is not considered your vehicle hire voucher and for that reason you will not be able to collect your vehicle by using this email only. The reservation is confirmed only when the credit card details have been supplied and you have been send a reservation voucher from our company or one of our partners. This voucher must be presented when collecting your vehicle. Note that the online vehicle hire reservations will be taken twelve hours before the departure. For bookings for collection in the next twelve hours, please contact us to insure that you have your car hire voucher before traveling.

3 Which credit or debit card types can I use when making my booking?
As you are generating your quote, click on the rental conditions for the vehicle you want and you will be shown all the cards that are accepted.

4 How can I book a car if I do not possess a credit card?
The rental car services on our website can be paid with debit or credit cards, but unfortunately we did not accept cash to reserve a vehicle. Please, note also that not a single one from our rental partners and suppliers accepts cash or debit card when taking deposits or excess, thus you must provide a credit card which is in the name of the prime driver. Even if the vehicle is with a fully paid in advance booking, a credit card will still be needed and presented in order to cover the insurance.

5 From where should I know that the car rental partner is on-airport?
Note that locations will vary as this depends on the car rental partner, however most car rental partners will provide a courtesy bus to their office, in case they are not located directly in the lounge of the arrivals.

6 Which documents do I need to bring with me on collection of the car hire?
Please, remember to bring the following documents on collection of your vehicle: - the rental voucher you have been issued (the one that you have received by email when your reservation was confirmed). - a full valid driver's license that is held for a minimum of 2 years. - a major card /credit card/ that is issued in the name of the driver Important: Note that an international driving licence or permit will only be acceptable as supplementary ID when issued with a licence from your permanent residence country.

7 What about my rental voucher?
The vouchers are sent to the email address that had been presented online at the time of reservation. The time for delivery of the car hire vouchers is usually two working days. However, if you still have not received you voucher after the two business days (excluding Sunday), then make sure to reach us and we will issue again the voucher to you. In case you have made a request but have not recieved a reservation confirmation by email, please check all the spam/bulk folders for your email address.

8 In case I cannot print my voucher during the time of the booking, will it be possible to print my voucher later?
Yes you can do that. Simply go back to your e-mail confirmation where we have presented a link to retrieve your car rental voucher online.

9 Is it possible for me to change a reservation that is already confirmed and change the location or the car brand?
Yes, it is possible. In order to organize this, please check our Customer Help panel. Please have your booking ID ready. You will also be asked to provide a description and details of the changes you wish to make to amend your booking. However, please note that the price might vary.

10 Is canceling a reservation possible?
In case you change your mind and wish to cancel an already made reservation, please contact us by phone or through our Manage Booking panel. In order to help you, we will need the booking reference number, and also the full name of the main driver, the dates and the location of collection and return of the rental vehicle. When you make a cancellation of a reservation when the full rental amount is payable on arrival, then there is no cancellation fee applicable. In case there is a cancellation notice that has been presented and received by us within 7 (seven) days from the automobile rental reservation date and at least 48 (forty eight) hours before the rental of the vehicle is due to be done pursuant to a reservation made on that booking engine, all funds paid will be returned. When there is a cancellation notice that has been received outside these 7 (seven) days from the automobile rental reservation date and at least 48 (forty eight) hours before the rental of the vehicle is due to be done pursuant to a reservation made on this booking engine, then all funds except the cancellation handling or the so called administration fee of 25.00 and the Administration Charge (Card processing fee) where applicable that are non-refundable, will be reimbursed. If it happens that there is a cancellation notice that is received less than 48 (forty eight) hours before the rental of the automobile due to commence pursuant to a reservation made on the current reservation engine, then no funds paid by you will be reimbursed, unless in cases when the entire rental amount has also been pre paid then we will retain three days rental and the paid Administration Charge (Card processing fee) where applicable.

11 How should I proceed in case I wish to use the vehicle for a greater period of time than previously planned?
In case it happens that you want to prolong the period of rental, after the collection of the car, you could be charged in the local office and at the current daily rate, which however might be higher than the pre-paid rates presented here. Thus, you will have to get in direct contact with our local car rental partner in order to advise them of your revised drop-off date and to get confirmation about the charges that are involved. You can also extend or shorten the rental before you start to travel, and this can be arranged by using our Internet portal and by contacting our assistants.

12 If I rent a car from your company, will I be allowed to drive to the neighboring countries?
Usually and in most of the cases, the rental vehicles could be taken outside of the country where they have be rented. Additional information on that could be found in the special section Rental Conditions, which is placed on the final reservation page of the online reservation system we have. Important: Please, contact us for the one-direction automobile hire prices for individual countries.

13 Is your company offering for booking car hire in one direction only?
Yes, the rentals in one direction are possible and this is included in the booking process. In case the reservation engine on our website does not return a rate, then this means that a one-way car reservation is not possible. Unfortunately at the moment we can not organize any international one way rentals.

14 What will happen in case the flight I am coming with is being delayed?
If your flight is delayed, then please make sure to call us with the flight number. We usually offer out of hours service, so the car rental partners will wait for you. Important: Note that in such cases there might be applied an out of hours charge which is paid locally.

15 What does my all-inclusive car rental includes?
The rental rates include:
1. An access to unlimited mileage, except for the Banff and Jasper in Canada and Australia and some vehicle types worldwide. 2. Insurance for third party. 3. Collision damage waiver liability, that insures you and covers the damage to the vehicle hired by you in case there is an accident, except in cases when negligence is proved. 4. Theft waiver. 5. Airport surcharges (with Israel as an exception). 6. Bail bonds (where required). 7. All local taxes excluding those in Australia where taxes are locally paid by law. -
16 Please, can you explain me what does the CDW excess mean?
If there is any kind of accident, theft or damage on the vehicle, the CDW covers the renter for the great part of the cost. The inclusive amounts which are offered however, are specific for each contract and for each vehicle group. For example, if you use an economy vehicle which includes CDW, it might have an excess of 300 Euros, while a compact from the same supplier might have an excess of 400 Euros. An excess reduction fee or a damage excess cover is provided by all suppliers, and is additional to all costs. This allows the renter to pay a daily price in order to reduce the excess further. For example, you may pay 5 Euros per day in order to reduce the excess for the car of economy class from 300 Euros to 100 Euros. In certain situations the excess may even be diminished to 0 Euros. Nevertheless, that fee is only locally paid, it is not necessary for you to cover this excess reduction fee as you are already fully covered with the included CDW in the rental rate which is pre-paid

17 Please, explain me where on the website will I find the prices for the additional extras available?
Remember, there are NO Hidden Extras with us! All the prices are being provided in the section Rental Conditions, just on the final reservation page of our booking system available online. Important: Please, note that the rental conditions are being accessed through the online vehicle hire quote/reservation engine. The client can change one?s options during the automobile hire reservation process

18 Who will inform me how much deposit should I leave at booking?
Please, go through the Terms & Conditions section for additional information. You can also find information about the deposits including those for fuel and insurance excess at the bottom of the reservation panel in the section Rental Conditions.

19 Do you have any age restrictions for the clients that can use the services of your company?
In case the main driver is at age under 25 or over 65 years, then please advise us that when you make the car rental reservation, since we may have some restrictions or a surcharge concerning the underage and the overage drivers, which charge will be applied locally.

20 Should the additional drivers be present?
The additional drivers of the vehicle could be added later when you arrive at the rental office. Note that all additional drivers should be present at rental the counter bringing their own drivers license during the time of the rental, in order to sign the rental agreement. The clients should know that the additional extras, as well as the additional drivers should all be paid for at the local rental office when collecting the vehicle.

21 What should I do, if unfortunately I get involved in an accident?
If it happens that you get involved in an accident, please contact the office which from you have hired the vehicle. Contact information is available in the voucher you have been given and/or at the rental agreement you have signed. You will need to inform your rental agent as soon as you can if there is any accident. And further to take the following measures: - Get full details of the people that are involved in the car accident and the details of all the possible witnesses. - Instantly provide your rental agent with the full details concerning the accident, which you think might may be of use. - Instantly inform the authorities in case the third party should be investigated or in case there are people who are injured from the accident. - Don?t leave the vehicle without first taking correct measures in order to protect it. Important: Note that you will not be refunded for the reservation made or the lost rental time, in case you have been a side in an accident.

22 Is your company offering the clients to book a certain car model or specific car?
Our company can guarantee the transmission and the category of the vehicle, however it is possible for us to request specific vehicles with the supplier, only in case they have it in stock. Please, note and keep it in your head that this may take longer to confirm. Our aim and efforts are focused on such a manner as to provide the model that is presented on our website. Even so however, it is beyond our power to guarantee that a certain model or car make will be provided. In case the vehicle model or make that the client has chosen is not available, your rental agent will offer a suitable alternative car from the same car group classification or from a larger vehicle group.

23 Are the cars rented equipped with a CD player?
As standard, most of the vehicles for rent are equipped with CD players, however it is not possible for our company to guarantee that there will be a CD player with every rental vehicle on the catalogue.
